After he afternoon out to lunch with gal pal Ciara, joined Kim Kardashian with ex bodyguard PAL Shengo Deane for one night in Midtown Manhattan on Monday (October).The E! reality star showed Shengo - whom you a kiss on the last season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" together - the sights around the city certainly extra-tight for "Kim and Kourtney take Miami" shooting efforts.
