Katy Perry Weighs In On VH1 Divas 'Boobgate'

'Firework' singer says she was the one who asked for her promo shots to get a digital breast reduction.

Is it really fair for one pop diva to have two different "boobgates" in one calendar year? Well, is it, Katy Perry? First, there was flap over the cleavage-exposing outfit the "Firework" singer wore for her "Sesame Street" appearance opposite Elmo, and now the pop star has weighed in on another scandal involving her ample assets — this one involving VH1's "Divas Salute the Troops" TV special, which is set to premiere on December 5.

Us Weekly reported last week that Perry posed for pinup-girl-style shots for a poster to promote the special that depicted her harnessed into a parachute while wearing a snug camouflage jumpsuit. While the other divas participating in the program — Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles, Nicki Minaj, Grace Potter of the Nocturnals, Keri Hilson and Paramore's Hayley Williams — were all shot wearing revealing clothes as well, an unnamed source who spoke to the magazine said Perry's reps felt her pics were just too much.

"Her team thinks her boobs look too big," the source reported. By Wednesday, VH1 had released a retouched photo that appeared to have digitally reduced Perry's bust.

While prepping for her fiery "Firework" performance at Sunday night's American Music Awards, Perry sought to clear the air about the digital drama, taking to her Twitter on Friday page to explain what happened. "I was the one who asked VH1 to tone down my DIGITALIZED image on the poster, particularly the size of my chest," she wrote, admonishing the "silly press" to check their facts.

"I don't have handlers... but someone @VH1 offices is a gossipmonger & thought they could use a little extra press planting the story," she added.

The 2010 American Music Awards happened on Sunday (Nov 21) in Hollywood and as always was jam packed with today’s hottest stars.

Rihanna opened the show with a hip-gyrating performance of her current chart-topping hits “What’s My Name?” and “Only Girl (In The World)“.  The pop diva, who was awarded the Best Soul/R&B Female Artist award, was seen hanging out at My Studio night club right after the show, wearing the same gorgeous pale green dress she accepted her award in that night.

In addition, Christina Milian was also spotted at another party showing off her killer legs, as well as “Pretty Girl Rock” singer Keri Hilson.

Kim Kardashian Signs on for Sketchers

Feet may not be the first (or second... or third...) body part that comes to mind when you think of Kim Kardashian, but Sketchers is hoping to change that.

The sneaker company has signed Kim and mother Kris Jenner to endorsement deals. Look for the pair to be featured in a campaign titled "Shaping Up With the Kardashians," a fitness challenge that will serve as this brand's marketing centerpiece in 2011.

Hey, whatever weight loss program that doesn't involve hours on the toilet is a step in the right direction for these people.

Bristol Palin receives death threats before 'Dancing with the Stars' finale, ABC increases security

Bristol Palin's bid for the "Dancing with the Stars" crown has taken another ugly turn.

The former Alaska governor's daughter and her dancing partner, Mark Ballas, have been receiving death threats in the lead up to Tuesday night's finale, TMZ reported.

The threats resulted in ABC beefing up security in Los Angeles on Monday.

Sources tell the gossip website that the show may break from its traditional format and not allow the duo to be interviewed outside Times Square if they head to New York, TMZ reported.

Instead, it's likely Palin and Ballas will be interviewed inside the studio where it's safer.

"Everyone is on high alert," a source told AOL gossip website Popeater. "It's like a scene from ‘The Bodyguard' with Bristol playing the leading lady."

The 20-year-old faced another scare last week when an envelope containing white powder (which turned out to be talcum powder) was found at the "DWTS" studio addressed to her.

And earlier this month, a 66-year-old man in Wisconsin allegedly became so angry watching Palin on the show that he fired off his shotgun at his television, leading to a 15-hour standoff with state police.

The latest threats against Palin started last week, after she made it to the finals where she's been taking on Jennifer Grey and Kyle Massey. Executives told Ballas to refrain from Twitter because his posts could incite people.

He last tweeted on Nov. 17, "Taking a break from Twitter until the seasons over. Thank you to all the supporters and fans. We love you. I'll be back soon…."

ABC staffers seem alarmed, TMZ reported.

"Everyone is genuinely worried," a source said. "This is a dance competition, and it's just gotten crazy."

Sex and the City Star: We'd Love to Do a Third Flick

Who wouldn't love some more Sex? A third Sex and the City movie, that is.

We caught up with one of the film's four main ladies the other night at Esquire House's Oxfam party in Hollywood to find out if another installment is actually in the works.

"We'd love to do it!" Kristin Davis told reporters when asked if they'd do another flick in the future. "Of course we would do it."

Davis insisted if there are plans for another, she doesn't know about them.

Big screens aside, Davis is set to return to television.

"We're writing the script," the 45-year-old actress told us. "It's from a book called The Happiness Project, which is a great book by Gretchen Rubin... We are not doing it literally from the book...We have to make it funny so we're kind of using it as a source material and leaping off from there."

So does Davis want Sarah Jessica Parker or any other of her SATC gal pals on the show?
"No, no, no," she says. "We're not going to do that."

Charlie Sheen Rep: Capri Anderson Has Sex for Cash

Charlie Sheen has come out swinging against Capri Anderson, who has accused him of choking her at The Plaza Hotel. Charlie's manager, Mark Burg, tells TMZ, "This is a woman who, for the right amount of money, sleeps with strangers."


Capri went on "Good Morning America" and claimed she's filing suit against Charlie because, among other things, he choked her. Capri, a porn star, denies she's a hooker. But Burg, who is also the Executive Producer of "Two and a Half Men," thinks otherwise.

Burg re-emphasizes that Capri never told police about any abuse, despite the fact that "she had every opportunity to do so."

Burg says she's concocting her latest story for money and vows Charlie will not pay a penny to settle with her.

Priest Arrested For Stalking Conan O’Brien

According to sources a suspended Roman Catholic priest once accused of stalking late night television personality Conan O’Brien has now been charged with harassing the television journalist. The police say the Rev. David Ajemian was arrested on Thursday for violating a restraining order that required him to stay away.

Police stated that the reverend made several calls to the station in violation of harassment prevention order taken out by Everett last week. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday in Quincy District court. It wasn’t known if he had hired any type of attorney or not.

The reverend pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in 2008 after being accused of stalking O’Brien. He was suspended by the Boston archdiocese in 2006 and can no longer function as a priest. This has been going on for quite some time and the television show host Conan O’Brien just wants it to stop literally and by any means necessary.

Although there isn’t a lot of information about the stalking and the violation of the restraining order there is essentially enough information about the reverend to know he has been in trouble for awhile now. This isn’t the first time that he has been stalking the late night show host, although this is where the talk show host finally had enough of the phone calls and harassment.

A statement was released that this sort of action should not take place and people should not have to walk around in fear or with the concept that they are continuously being harassed. If you have comments about Conan O’Brien or this post we would be glad to hear from you.

Anne Hathaway Makes Pitch to Glee Producers: Cast Me!

Anne Hathaway took a break from posing topless this week to make a pitch to Fox: the actress wants to be on Glee!
But Hathaway has already done the work for creator Ryan Murphy. She already knows what character she wants to portray:
"I would want to be Kurt's aunt," she told reporters this week. "I have thought about it... I would like to pitch to Murphy right now that I go on as Kurt's aunt, his mother who is deceased's younger sister."

Dina Lohan Disappointed In Glee

According to sources an attorney for Dina Lohan is speaking out regarding an episode of Glee. This episode featured Gwyneth Paltrow mocking Lindsay Lohan’s multiple trips to rehab.

Dina Lohan and her three other children are very sadly disappointed with the Glee writers, and also disappointed that a huge celebrity such as Gwyneth Paltrow would relate such a message about the contemporary attorney for Dina Lohan and her children. She told other sources that it was completely out of context and out of taste for her daughter Lindsay Lohan.

It seems during the Tuesday night episode Gwyneth who was playing a substitute teacher attempted to teach her students Spanish by reciting sentences about Lindsay’s trips to rehab calling her muy loca. When asked if the family intends to take legal action against the Fox Series we were told there were no legal proceedings going forth as of yet. The attorney has worked on behalf of the Lohan’s in the past and she represented the family in their lawsuit against e trade for the company’s super bowl commercial featuring a milkaholic baby named Lindsay as well.

A confidential settlement was eventually reached between the respective parties that were involved in this issue. Lindsay as of now is in treatment and doing what she can to dissolve the issues she was having a hard time facing in the outside world.

Although Lindsay has been quite well with her rehab and doing exactly what the courts have ordered it seems as though her name is still in the media for one thing or another. And Dina Lohan, Lindsay’s mother does not like it one bit. Dina Lohan wants her daughter to overcome her issues and she is afraid publicity like this would only make things worse than ever.

Tony Parker Files for Divorce In Texas

Tony Parker has filed his own divorce petition against Eva Longoria in Texas, TMZ has learned, and it has all the markings of a legal battle.



Tony's divorce petition was filed in Bexar County, Texas.  The stamp shows today's date.  Sources connected with Tony confirm a document was filed.

Eva filed for divorce earlier in the week in Los Angeles, CA., setting up a legal battle over where the case will be heard. Texas divorces can be handled quickly -- in as little as 60 days.

According to the petition, which was filed by initials -- W.P and E.P. -- Tony states the reason for the divorce:  "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

Here's what's interesting ... As we first reported, the couple signed a prenup, but in Tony's petition he makes no mention of it.  To the contrary, he writes, "Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate."  Since they've already signed a prenup, the word "will" is curious.

Tony's petition also states, "Petitioner owns certain separate property that is not part of the community estate of the parties ..."

Tony's lawyer did not return our call.  And no comment so far from Eva's camp. And how's this for a twist ...Tony is being represented by attorney Richard Orsinger, the same lawyer who is repping Brent Barry, whose wife was allegedly sexting Tony.

Palin's Facebook Target -- Apology NOT Accepted 52 minutes ago by TMZ Staff

The man who was attacked on Facebook this week by Willow and Bristol Palin tells us he does NOT accept their apology ... claiming Willow uses homophobic language so often, she could be a homophobe.



TMZ spoke with "Tre" -- the person who Willow called a "F**got"  after he criticized "Sarah Palin's Alaska" on his Facebook page.

Tre -- who tells us he's not gay -- claims he was offended by the comments and felt bullied by both women ... saying, "Willow called me a f**got in front of the whole world and my family."

When asked if he thought Willow was a homophobe, Tre replied, "I think she might be ... She says 'queer' and 'gay' so much ... so probably ... maybe."

Although Bristol issued a public apology through Facebook on behalf of her and Willow -- Tre says he's yet to hear from either one of them. We asked Tre if he accepted the online apology and he told us, "No way ... Maybe if it was sincere and honest from them straight to me, I would consider. But it would have to be direct."

Tre concluded, "People are saying these are baby grizzlies defending Mama Bear ... but how is she defending her family by calling us queers and low-lifes and f**gots?"

Dancing With the Stars Set On Lockdown After White Powder Mailed to Bristol Palin

Emergency responders raced to CBS Television City studios late Friday after a white powder substance was found by a member of the Dancing with the Stars staff.

The apparent target, according to TMZ, was likely Bristol Palin.

Law enforcement sources say the powder substance was discovered by a DWTS staff member, and a section of the studio was then evacuated and cordoned off.

Fortunately, the FBI reported it appears to be mere talcum powder after "initial field screening was negative for hazardous substances." An investigation continues.

The powder was contained in a piece of fan mail addressed to Bristol Palin. We know plenty of fans are upset with her long run on the show, but this is just wrong.

Come on, people. There's nothing funny about terrorist threats, even if Brandy's elimination really sucked. Get a grip ... also, the white powder thing is so 2001.

Now that this is over and it looks like everyone's free from danger, we can go back to debating whether Bristol deserves to be in the finals ...

X Factor: Matt Cardle verses Wagner, fight!

The hat-wearing Essex lad lost his temper with the Brazilian singer and confronted him for allegedly bad-mouthing the other X Factor contestants.

Matt reportedly said: "You spiteful t**t. You’re a joke."

A stunned Wagner – who is a karate expert and about twice the size of tiny Matt - responded by saying: "Who the hell do you think you are? The paparazzi?"

The bust-up happened at the Fountain studios in Wembley, North West London, and producers quickly moved in to pull the pair apart.

A source told The Sun: "Matt was livid. He just flipped. We genuinely thought Wagner might give him a hiding."

During the row Matt, 27, also branded Wagner a 'bully' and rubbished the 54-year-old Brazilian’s claims he had to be moved from the contestants house to a Holiday Inn hotel this week because the other hopefuls were ganging up on him.

Matt raged: "Who do you think you are calling us bullies? You’re the bully!

"No one likes you and you're a pain the a**e. That’s why you’ve been booted out of the house. We don’t you around. As far as I’m concerned you can f**k off and never speak to me again."

Tensions are set to be running high during the live show tonight when the contestants attempt to impress with their renditions of The Beatles’ most famous songs.

With a menu of pizza and finger foods from La Loggia Italian Bistro, Jessica Simpson partied Thursday night with friends, family and her fiancé, Eric Johnson, to celebrate the upcoming wedding.

The bash at Simpson's parents' Encino house went until the early morning hours and included such guests as Jessica's sister Ashlee Simpson and her husband Pete Wentz. Dad Joe Simpson made a toast.

Jessica "had a great time," says a source. "She was so excited to share her news with her family and friends and show them the ring!"

Katie Holmes - Katie Holmes Kennedys Movie Poster Leaks

The official movie poster for the forthcoming television film 'The Kennedys', starring KATIE HOLMES as the former first-lady and GREG KINNEAR as President JOHN F. KENNEDY, has leaked online, reports the Irish Central.

The film has been in production for some time now, and after initial photos of the shoot emerged, fans were shocked as to Holmes' likeness to JACKIE KENNEDY.

The movie will be split into an eight-part mini-series, and is set to air in 2011. The poster shows Holmes and Kinnear, as well as BARRY PEPPER who plays BOBBY KENNEDY, and the British actor TOM WILKINSON, who plays JOE KENNEDY, the father of John. CHRIS DIAMANTOPOULOS, who plays FRANK SINATRA, also features on the poster.

Sinatra was a fervent supporter of the Democratic party and of Kennedy until 1962, when the President allegedly snubbed him on a holiday trip to Palm Springs. Kennedy had planned to stay with the singer, but decided against doing so after learning of Sinatra's connections to the mafia.

The film, which will air on the 'History Channel', had already caused controversy, with historians criticising the script for containing factual errors. A line in an early draft reportedly had the former President speaking about his infidelities, saying, "If I don't have someone new, I have migraines that wreck me".

‘Teen Mom’ Amber Portwood Charged With Two Felonies

Seen here outside an Indiana Walmart (Stereotypes win again!), Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has been officially charged for beating Gary Shirley, the father of her child, in front of their daughter. HollywoodLife reports:

Amber, 20, was officially charged Nov. 18 with two felony counts and one misdemeanor for domestic violence and battery. Under Indiana law, an incident of domestic abuse is considered a felony if a child is present for the abuse — which baby Leah was in both cases. Interestingly, one of the two felonies is based on footage never aired by MTV.

Of course, in true white trash fashion, Amber is responding to the charges with the always effective, “I ain’t done shit.”

“I didn’t hit Gary in front of Leah so there are no felony charges,” she told HollywoodLife.com. “None of this is true, there’s nothing against me. They can’t charge me if they don’t have proof.”

For those of you blissfully unaware of the situation, and God how I envy you, MTV aired footage of Amber beating Gary, so for her to deny she hit him, is epic levels of retarded. I know this will make libertarian heads explode, but there seriously needs to be some sort of system that prevents people from reproducing without passing a series of tests. And they don’t even have to be hard. I’m talking putting a square block in a square hole. Or not eating a crayon. The amount of problems that would solve is astronomical, but for a starter, let’s assume MTV would go out of business thus returning America to its golden days of yore. Who’s with me?

X Factor predictions: Katie Waissel favourite for the chop (again)!

Let’s ignore those Cheryl Cole ready to quit stories produced by the X Factor media machine for just a second and get down to the real business – the X Factor results predictions… and, even more importantly, who you should be putting your money on this week!

And, to be fair to us, who could possibly have seen that coming...?

This week there’s a clear split with the bookies – Cher Lloyd, Matt Cardle, One Direction and Rebecca Ferguson are all safe. It looks like Mary is probably safe too. And here at heat towers, we think that Wagner still has one more week to go before his public vote begins to wane.

So, our bottom two this week? Katie Waissel and Paije Richardson. We just can't see Paije getting enough votes to keep him out of the bottom two. But will The Weasel win out over the Little Lenny Henry (Louis Walsh’s word, not ours…)? To be honest, it’s anyone’s guess, but you wouldn’t bet against the X Factor judges keeping in Katie Waissel again would you? Bye bye Paije then…

The X Factor finalists met the real heroes they will be singing about when they perform their charity single Heroes this Sunday.

Cher Lloyd, Katie Waissel, Matt Cardle, Rebecca Ferguson and the gang were given a tour of Headley Court Military Hospital in Surrey where they met servicemen and women injured fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.
‘The solders are all brilliant guys,' says Cher, 17.

‘I met this one man called Sean who was so nice.

‘He'd lost both his legs, some fingers and most of his sight but he sat there with a big smile on his face while we were chatting away.'

The final 16 acts from the competition will be reunited this weekend to perform the cover of the David Bowie classic, available for download during the show.
Through the Help For Heroes charity, the proceeds will help fund five regional personnel recovery centres for the kind of brave individuals The X Factor contestants will never forget.

'It was an amazing experience,' says Matt, 27. 'Their spirit is quite something, so positive and a massive inspiration.'

Kelly Osbourne's Body Battle

Losing a bit of weight can work wonders for a girl's confidence.

And Kelly Osbourne knows that better than anyone.

The star who was once so uncomfortable with her own body that she "hated herself" has faced her demons and worn a bikini for the very first time.

Kelly broke down in tears twice during her shoot for Shape magazine - once when she posed for the images and again when she saw the final addition.

Bravo, Kelly. Bravo.

The 26-year-old admits that she was once so unhappy with the way she looked that she turned to drugs.

"I understand that being judged by others comes with the territory, but it broke my heart and ruined my self esteem," she said.

"It sets you up to hate yourself in a huge way. I was so angry about the things people said about me. I truly believe it's the main reason I turned to Vicodin and ended up in rehab three times. I just hated myself."

Tiger Woods rebuilding public image with essay, interview

Newsweek posted an op-ed piece by Woods on Wednesday titled, "How I've Redefined Victory." He is scheduled to be a guest for two segments Thursday on ESPN Radio's Mike & Mike in the Morning.As he approaches the one-year anniversary of a Thanksgiving night car accident that wrecked his image, these are some of the signs that Woods is entering a rebuilding stage."It's a positive step for him," said Mark Steinberg, his agent at IMG. "He's making the effort to do some things different."

Woods has had a Twitter account since June 2009 — his sign name, "Tiger Woods" was secured about a year before that — but the only tweets were to announce his Twitter page, Facebook page and a redesign of his website.

Then came a tweet at 11:08 a.m. Wednesday: "What's up everyone. Finally decided to try out twitter!"

Woods had just over 90,000 followers until that tweet. Within three hours, he had added over 40,000 more followers, adding them by the thousands each hour. A person confirmed that he was typing the tweet himself, and Woods added this: "Yep, it's me. I think I like this twitter thing. You guys are awesome. Thanks for all the love."

"Tiger wants to do some things a little differently moving forward," Steinberg said. "He wants to be a little more connected to the fans, and this is just one new addition."

Woods is identified at the bottom of the Newsweek op-ed piece as "founder of the Tiger Woods Foundation, which has helped educate more than 10 million kids."

He writes about how much is life was out of balance and his priorities were out of order a year ago, when he was caught in numerous extramarital affairs that cost him three major endorsements and eventually led to his divorce from Elin Nordegren.

"At first, I didn't want to look inward," Woods wrote. "Frankly, I was scared of what I would find — what I had become. But I'm grateful that I did examine my life because it has made me more grounded than I've ever been; I hope that with reflection will come wisdom."

Woods said he spends some evenings alone with his two children, and it's helping him appreciate what he had overlooked.

"Giving my son, Charlie, a bath, for example, beats chipping another bucket of balls. Making mac and cheese for him and his sister, Sam, is better than dining in any restaurant," he wrote.

He ends the op-ed piece by writing, "I'm not the same man I was a year go. And that's a good thing."
Steinberg said it has not been decided if Woods will make an appearance on television during the next few weeks.

Woods, who lost his No. 1 ranking two weeks ago to Lee Westwood (FSY), recently returned from two weeks of tournaments in Asia and Australia, where he posted consecutive top 10s for the first time this season, but didn't come close to winning either one. By failing to defend his title in the Australian Masters, it marked the first time in his career he went a calendar year without a win.

He next plays the week after Thanksgiving at his Chevron World Challenge, his final tournament of 2010.

Tony Parker Only Flirted with Erin Barry, Source Claims

Tony Parker sent text messages to a former teammate's wife but didn't have a physical relationship with her, a source close to Parker tells PEOPLE.

"They knew each other, sent each other messages," the source claims. "It was flirtatious, but he never did anything with her."

Longoria, 35, filed for divorce on Wednesday, then accused Parker, 28, of sending hundreds of text messages to the woman.

Longoria didn't identify her, but the source says it was Erin Barry, wife of Brent Barry, who played with Parker on the San Antonio Spurs from 2004 to 2008.

Ochocinco's Engagement Gift -- New Reality Show

So instead of talking about the show, let's talk about Gwyneth Paltrow's excellent guest appearance as substitute teacher Holly Holiday. She is this Glee season’s Neil Patrick Harris—and she should be this TV season’s Betty White.

Several years ago, I never would have expected to see an A-lister like Paltrow on a show like Glee. She was busy winning an Oscar for Shakespeare in Love, splitting up with Brad Pitt and marrying Chris Martin, and having kids named Apple and Moses. I dismissed her as another talented-but-trite Hollywood starlet, and I’m sure I wasn’t the only one. But over the past couple years, Gwyneth seems to have gotten much cooler. She started an email newsletter called GOOP; she joked about her relationship with Pitt on The Marriage Ref, and she fielded a rather forward proposition from Jonathan Ross with quick wit. And now she’s belting out country songs and Top 40 hits with pretty great voice. Where is it all coming from?

It seems Paltrow has been multi-talented all along, but her stint on Tuesday’s Glee really showcased how much fun she can be on TV—channeling Mary Todd Lincoln, crooning to Cee-Lo, shakin’ it Chicago-style with Lea Michele, and dodging raindrops in a pair of sexy leather boots.

And so I hope Paltrow remains in the spotlight for awhile, overexposure be damned. She’s a pleasure to watch—and since she’s already hosted Saturday Night Live, she could definitely do it again. A bit part on Community or 30 Rock would be right up her alley, too. Let’s give Betty White rest and give G-Pal some more (small-)screen time.

Ronni Chasen - Police have little evidence in Ronni Chasen slaying

Beverly Hills detectives investigating the slaying of Hollywood publicist Ronni Chasen believe she was shot moments before her car crashed and came to rest off Sunset Boulevard early Tuesday.

Authorities on Wednesday stressed that they have few leads in the case and that the motive for the attack is unclear. But they are focusing heavily on forensic evidence gathered from the spot where Chasen was found shot several times in her Mercedes coupe. Residents who heard the crash found Chasen slumped over the steering wheel bleeding, with the passenger-side window of her car shattered.

Beverly Hills police Sgt. Lincoln Hoshino said that while investigators are not sure exactly where the shooting occurred, their working theory is that it happened before the crash. Police are also trying to determine whether the shattered window was caused by gunshots or by some other type of force.

One resident who lives near where Chasen's car came to rest said she heard several shots, followed moments later by what she believed was the sound of a car crashing. The woman, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said she and several other people raced outside to see Chasen's car crashed into a light pole.

At least two witnesses have said the interior of Chasen's car appeared to have little visible damage or evidence of gunshots. Moreover, they said they noticed no bullet casings either near the car or inside it. Police would not say whether shell casing were found at the scene.

Calling the investigation "wide open," detectives are also seeking video surveillance footage from businesses and residents along Sunset Boulevard, hoping it might shed light on what happened.

Chasen had attended an after-party following the premiere of the movie "Burlesque" at the W Hotel in Hollywood. She is believed to have left the event for home sometime around midnight, traveling west on Sunset Boulevard. Friends believe that she had planned to swing south to her condominium on Wilshire Boulevard near the grounds of the Los Angeles Country Club.

The 6-mile drive would have taken Chasen along the Sunset Strip, an area potentially stocked with surveillance video from clubs and restaurants as well as mansions with sophisticated security systems. That could allow investigators to pick up a crucial clue.

In examining video, investigators face potential challenges. Some cameras work better in the day than at night. Even cameras that can pick up images at night can be blinded by bright light. Some cameras may have blind spots, and video quality is often poor.

Chasen, 64, was found shot multiple times at the intersection of Whittier Drive and Sunset Boulevard near the border of Beverly Hills and the city of Los Angeles about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. She was pronounced dead at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center about an hour later, officials said.

Investigators spent much of the day removing potential evidence from Chasen's Westside condominium, including hard drives, compact discs and file boxes. Investigators also scoured her Westwood public relations company for similar evidence. It's unclear whether any of those searches yielded evidence.

50 Cent With YouTube Sensation Keenan Cahill

Already a YouTube standout for his own home videos, Elmhurst teen Keenan Cahill finds his star getting a boost from celebs in television and music.

His appearance Nov. 8 on Chelsea Handler's nighttime television show "Chelsea Lately" featured a video lip-synch duet with rapper 50 Cent that's resulted in another YouTube posting, this one drawing an average 1 million views a day.

Keenan, 15, and the rapper took on "Down on Me," Chicagoan Jerimih's hit that feature's 50 Cent -- meeting on a set that resembled the bedroom in which Keenan's homemade videos are shot. In the video, 50 Cent emerges from a closet, falls to his knees, and joins Keenan in a lightly choreographed routine, bestowing upon the teen a large chain and pendant, which Keenan waves at the camera.

At 6.7 million views, the video still has a way to go before reaching the 17 million views Keenan's lip-synching of Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" has drawn.

Keenan's productions are typically minimalistic -- him in his bedroom mouthing popular songs to the camera. Still, his BeenerKeeKee19952 channel boasts 83 million views in the year it's been up.

Keenan was on the way to shoot the video that Handler had requested when he learned that he would be working with 50 Cent.

"It made me a little nervous" Keenan said.

They did a few takes. They also shot "Making Love Out of Nothing at All."

"He was very, very nice," Keenan said. "He was very funny about it, and enjoyed it."

Still, the rapper didn't let Keenan keep the chain.

Handler showed a clip from the video on her program Nov. 8, and Keenan posted the entire video to his YouTube channel. There are other stars in the teen's future. Representatives of singer Willow Smith contacted him about the "Whip My Hair" treatment he's working on.

Glee's newest addition, Darren Criss, has become quite the sensation since his performance of Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" on last week's episode. What has the actor done to celebrate landing his role on the show?

Criss attended the New York premiere of Harry Potter on Monday, a dream come true for the actor. His YouTube video, "A Very Potter Musical," is a viral hit with more than three million views. "A lot of people who know me as Harry, it's kind of weird, because I'm not Harry Potter," Criss once told MTV News.

He joked about his experience on the red carpet of the premiere, "I'm just a huge fan. All these fans outside, I should be out there. This is just a terrible mix-up. There's been some terrible mistake."

Man Shoots TV Over Bristol Palin's 'Dancing with the Stars' Routine

A SWAT team posted up outside a home in Wisconsin yesterday -- after a shotgun toting 67-year-old man blasted his TV because he was so enraged with Bristol Palin's performance on "Dancing with the Stars."



Court documents reportedly show that Steven Cowan (left) felt that Palin was not a good dancer and that she was only on the show because of her famous mother.

Officials say Cowan was so pissed after Monday's show -- that he fired at his television set and then aimed the gun at his wife ... though she managed to escape the house.

The SWAT team surrounded the home -- but negotiators were able to talk Cowan into surrendering early Tuesday morning. Authorities claim Cowan suffers from bipolar disorder.

Cowan was charged with 2nd degree reckless endangerment and could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Michael Douglas's Ex-Wife Won't Get His Wall Street Money (For Now)

Michael Douglas's money is safely his ... for now. A Manhattan judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Douglas's ex-wife Diandra Douglas, seeking half of his paycheck from his fall film Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.

The Oscar-winning actor, who recently finished treatment for throat cancer,  was  "very excited" when he learned of the judge's decision, his lawyer Marilyn Chinitz said, adding, "This case should never have been brought in the first instance and certainly not in New York."

In the suit, Diandra argues she is entitled to half of the profits from the Wall Street sequel since Douglas made the first film when they were married. But Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Matthew Cooper ruled New York was the wrong place for the case to be heard since the couple's divorce was finalized in California. The judge dismissed the suit without ruling on the merits.

Nancy Chemtob, Diandra's lawyer, said she plans to appeal. "We respectfully disagree with the decision, and intend to appeal. Both parties are residents of New York, and the case should be decided here."

But Chinitz says she hopes the case will ultimately be dropped: "I hope she realizes she wasted a lot of time and money. Hopefully she will move on and leave Michael alone finally."

Heidi Montag And Spencer Pratt Renew Wedding Vows

 Reality TV couple HEIDI MONTAG and SPENCER PRATT have sealed their reunion by renewing their wedding vows in a romantic ceremony in California.

The Hills stars split earlier this year (10) and Montag filed for legal separation in July (10), citing irreconcilable differences.

They reconciled in September (10) and Montag called off the legal action, while Pratt has since admitted the divorce proceedings were staged in a bid to land them a new TV deal.

Their nuptials in 2009 were filmed for The Hills but on Sunday (14Nov10), the couple exchanged vows in a private beachfront ceremony - with no friends or family present.

Pratt tells ETOnline.com, "(This time) it's just me and my bride on a little secret beach with nobody else and it's just about her. Versus last time it was about everything else, it was about drama, it was about ratings."

Montag adds, "It was about everyone but us, so this is really our first wedding about Spencer and I and our love. Now I feel like I can finally just be Heidi and just be in a marriage and just be a person. I'm just really enjoying every day."

Christina Aguilera gets Hollywood star

LOS ANGELES (AFP) – Grammy-winning US pop singer Christina Aguilera was honored with a star on Hollywood's celebrity Walk of Fame, barely a week before her feature film debut.

The star, the 2,423rd on the famous sidewalk roll call of celebrities past and present, was unveiled on Monday, nine days before her acting skills go on display when "Burlesque" hits the silver screen, co-starring Cher.

"As a young girl in Pittsburgh, I often imagined what it would be like to come to Hollywood and make it as a performer," the 29-year-old told screaming fans on Hollywood Boulevard.

"We would go from audition to audition and I would sing anthem after anthem ... hoping one day it would all pay off. Standing here at this moment I know that it has paid off in spades," she added.

Aguilera won the first of her four Grammys in 1999 as best new artist, followed by best pop collaboration in 2001, and best female pop vocal performance in 2003 and 2006.

In "Burlesque," she plays a small-town girl who makes her way to a Los Angeles burlesque club to pursue her dreams. Aguilera also wrote and recorded four new songs for the musical's soundtrack.

At a weekend presentation of the film Aguilera told AFP: "I've always been a hard worker.

"I like to learn from others and having new challenges, and I think that's what happening to me now in my life. Many changes, a movie, a new album, and a star in Hollywood -- many changes.

Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman separated, five years after their 2005 wedding, although there were no divorce plans, People magazine reported.

Is Disney Ready to Replace Demi Lovato?

In case Demi Lovato isn’t finished with her rehab before her Disney show Sonny with a Chance gets back to work, Disney has a back-up plan to continue the show without her.

According to Variety (via Celebuzz), a Disney Channel spokeswoman says Disney will create a stand-alone show out of Sonny with a Chance’s So Random! sketch if Demi can’t continue the original show.

The 18-year-old Disney star is currently receiving in-patient treatment for “emotional and physical issues.”
Sonny with a Chance is schedule to resume filming in January, but if Demi is still receiving treatment by 2011 then they will continue with their new plan.

“This allows her the time she needs to get well, without distraction or pressure,” a Disney Channel spokeswoman said. “Again, we extend our ongoing support to Demi and her family as she works to overcome personal issues.”

Demi has reportedly been in treatment since Oct. 30 after she quit her tour with the Jonas Brothers. Disney’s plans to film So Random! could be a temporary change and it’s possible Demi could resume work on Sonny with a Chance when she returns.

ITV enjoy I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! X Factor ratings boom

ITV enjoyed a big night for ratings on Sunday with the tenth series of their Australian jungle caper I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! beginning with its largest ever first night viewing figures.

The celebrity humiliation game-show attracted an impressive 11.224 million average audience between 9pm and 10.30pm last night, a 41.2 per cent share of all viewers watching television in the UK at that time.

Starring, amongst others, Nigel Havers, Linford Christie, Shaun Ryder, Stacey Solomon, Gillian McKeith, Lembit Opek and Playboy model Kayla Collins, the feature length first programme of this series eclipsed its predecessors in ratings terms, beating the previous best performing series opener (series 3) by over a million viewers.

No competiting channel came close to challenging I’m a Celebrity in the ratings-stakes, with Garrows Law on BBC One receiving 5.352 million viewers (an 18.8 per cent share), James May’s Man Lab on BBC Two only managing 1.256 million viewers (4.4 per cent share), Channel 4’s The Secret Millionaire getting 1.537 million (5.4 per cent share),  and Channel 5’s 10,000 BC movie premiere  only attracting 1.568 million viewers (6.4 per cent share).

As with anything on ITV after the X Factor (see, the success of Downton Abbey for details), I’m A Celebrity enjoyed a healthy inheritance from ITV’s premier singing contest, which saw an average audience of 14.502 million viewers (a 47.8 per cent share) tune in on ITV1 and ITV1 HD from 7.45pm to 9pm to see Take That perform their new single live and Katie Waissel survive her fourth foray into the bottom two.  ITV1 HD’s share of the X Factor audience was 955,000 (a 3.2 per cent audience share).

With several more weeks of Sunday night I’m A Celebrity / X Factor results double bills to come, ITV bosses will surely be pleased they’ve bought into every reality show going when the viewing figures come out each Monday morning for some time to come.

Mel Gibson Admits Slapping, Not Hitting Oksana

TMZ has obtained Mel Gibson's sworn declaration in the custody war with Oksana Grigorieva, in which Mel admits slapping Oksana because he says she was so hysterical she was endangering the baby ... but he denies hitting her.


Mel is referring to the explosive argument between the two on the night of January 6, 2010, which triggered the L.A. County Sheriff's Department domestic violence investigation. Oksana claims Mel punched her in the temple and in the mouth, knocking out two teeth.

But Mel tells a very different story. According to his declaration, dated June 23, 2010 and filed with the court, Mel says he and Oksana were having one of their frequent arguments at his Malibu home, when Oksana grabbed Lucia out her of bassinet, brought her right in the middle of the argument and screamed, "Stop yelling or you will make her into a retarded brain damaged idiot!"

Mel says Oksana then "spun around," ran into her older son's room and then out into the backyard. Mel says the yard is dangerous at night, set on different levels and dimly lit. Mel says Oksana ran across the various levels for about 75 yards, near thorny trees.

Mel says he implored Oksana to bring Lucia back inside, and that's when Oksana ran back into her older son's room, and "started swinging Lucia erratically in her arms, jerking her body from side to side to keep Lucia out of my reach."

Mel adds Oksana was "hysterical" and her "rapid movements were causing Lucia's little body to be flung from one side to the other, her head shaking violently." Mel says he feared Shaken Baby Syndrome.

Khloe Kardashian Hubby Lamar Odom Sues Liza Morales. Lakers forward Lamar Odom is filing a lawsuit against Liza Morales, the mother of his two children whom he has allegedly ignored for years, the New York Post reported Sunday.

For both of them this is the first marriage, but Lamar, 29, had two children with his former longtime girlfriend, Liza Morales sources say Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom met over the summer.

Odom wants a judge to make a “parental access schedule” and set “reasonable child support” for his daughter, Destiny, 12, and son, L.J., 9, who live with their mother, Liza Morales, in Manhattan according to report.

The legal attack shocked Morales, 31, who insists she has had to beg Odom to pay attention to their kids.

“Lamar basically checked out as a father four years ago,” she said. “They [Destiny and L.J.] haven’t had quality time in a long time.”

Lamar Odom and Liza Morales were high school sweethearts Liza Morales started dating Lamar when they both were 17 years old.
